Spanish Language Software

I am a property Manager at a site where all the residents speak Chinese?

I am having difficulty communicating my leasing consulting is partime and when she is out I can not communicate with the residence.

Please help ?

What software is really good for learning Spanish?

There are some multi media softwares that help people to learn other languages. To learn French as a third language which one is better?

you see i have bought some fo these and they didnt seem to be very good to me. i did however learn spanish and french in school very easily. but taking university classes for othe rlangauges woudl be expensive and hard to do cause theyre not offered at my school. so i’m considering learning a language, german, dutch, or portuguese, i dont know which . and how should i do it? langauge software? what brand?
that rosetta stone is expensive! i should almost just go to the class instead lol

Any software suggestions to convert english setting to spanish settings in computer? I heard Regional Language in Spanish is a good one; any other recommendations and what does this software actually do? Please break it down, so I could understand what i’m downloading so my customer could be satisfied. Thank you.

Many of the language instruction softwares are extremely expensive ($400-$600). I wouldn’t mind paying $100-$150, but I’d like to find the best instructional program possible for that sort of money. What Spanish instruction software is good and moderately inexpensive?

I think I might ask for this for my birthday because I would love to learn another language. I took spanish classes in school but it wasn’t very effective.

So my question is: is it really as good as it claims to be? I know a lot of top companies use it and apparently it’s supposed to be excellent.

Also: When you buy it, are there multiple languages in the software you can choose from to learn? Or do you have to buy a single language at a time?

I dunno why, how… but I can’t add chinese/japanese languages in this computer (my other computer can). I downloaded the trial-version of NJ Star Communicator.

But is there anyone know where I can download a nice and freeware software with the same application?

I heard lots of good and a few bad things about Rosetta Stone (which is $299 for level 1 & 2), and eLanguage claims to be better ($40).

What language learning tools have you used? Is Rosetta Stone worth the cost? Are there any other programs you recommend?

I’m new to downloading and ‘all this stuff’ - but I need to find a website that’s good to download free software to try to learn Spanish - the one I did, and it’s difficult to use for me, seems to just have ‘complimentary’ words — not at all what I need. Any suggestions before I start ruining my computer as I don’t know what I’m doing when I’m downloading yet. Thanks.
